Louisiana: birding in cajun country

Louisiana has a lot going for it: unique culture, delicious cuisine, warm winter weather, and, for us, great birding. Join the Illinois Audubon Society for a long weekend of birding in the aptly named Pelican State as we look for a wide diversity of coastal birds, southern species, and arriving migrants. The tour is based out of a single hotel and starts and ends in New Orleans, which provides the opportunity to explore the city on your own before or after the tour.
